Street Rod 2 is a sequel to Street Rod published by California Dreams in 1991. Like Street Rod, Street Rod 2 also exclusively featured American Muscle Cars, specifically those from GM, Ford, and Chrysler.
In Street Rod II, the year has advanced to 1969 from 1963. More cars from 1960s are available.
There are two road tracks: Mulholland Drive, largely based on the Road race of Street Rod, and a completely new track, the Aqueduct, which resembles the aqueduct in the movie Grease.
In Street Rod II, we can now crash our car by hitting rocks, drains, barriers and bridge supports at any speed, or from passing through roadworks on the Mulholland Drive track at speeds greater than 4 mph.
Technically, Street Rod II remains almost the same with Street Rod. It still use only 16 colors graphics, but Adlib is now supported.
